Bereavement and loss is unique to everyone and we all react in different ways and sometimes we need a little extra help as we go through the process. We can support you at any stage of your bereavement and loss through working together and using different kinds of support……depending on what suits you best.
When should you ask for help?
You can ask for help at any time, but especially:
If your feelings have not begun to fall into place after a couple of months and you are still feeling tense, confused, exhausted, angry, anxious or very low.

If you continue to feel numb or are keeping active so as to shut out your feelings.

If you are struggling to sleep

If you have no one to talk to and you feel the need to do so

If your relationships or work are suffering

If you think that you are smoking or drinking to much or taking too many tablets

If you have recently been treated for depression or other emotional problems

If you are feeling suicidal
